The girls of Legion Lacrosse are a motivated group of young ladies who want to be the best they can be on the

lacrosse field. They are put through rigorous practices that test and grow their physical competency, as well as challenge them mentally. Our lady Legionaries put in the reps to be more consistent, and in turn gain a whole lot of confidence in their abilities. They are coached to be excellent at what they do; to be great teammates; to be students of the game; and to excel at the game of lacrosse. Plus, we have a fun time doing it!
